The dynamic nature of these projects often leads to changes in plans and processes, creating challenges in achieving project objectives. Therefore, effective change management is crucial for controlling its impacts. This study aims to identify and evaluate the interrelations of factors causing changes to enable effective change management in construction projects. The research is applied in purpose, descriptive in nature, a multi-criteria decision-making study, quantitative in data type, and cross-sectional in time. The expert sample includes ten managers and engineers with at least a master’s degree in civil engineering or management and over ten years of relevant experience. Data were collected using a researcher-developed questionnaire, and the interrelations of change-causing factors were analyzed using the DEMATEL technique. The results indicate that financial and economic issues on both client and contractor sides have the greatest influence on changes, while the quality of planning and design also acts as a significant driver. These findings highlight the necessity of focusing on financial management, improving design processes, and developing risk management strategies for the effective implementation of change management. صنعت عمران سهم قابل توجهی در توسعه کشورها دارد و رشد پروژه‌های عمرانی از شاخص‌های مهم اقتصادی است. ماهیت پویای این پروژه‌ها باعث تغییر در برنامه‌ها و فرآیندها شده و چالش‌هایی در پیشبرد اهداف ایجاد می‌کند. بنابراین، اجرای موفق مدیریت تغییر در پروژه‌های عمرانی جهت کنترل پیامدها اهمیت بالایی دارد. هدف این پژوهش شناسایی و ارزیابی روابط درونی عوامل ایجاد تغییر به منظور اجرای مؤثر مدیریت تغییر است. پژوهش از منظر هدف کاربردی، از بعد ماهیت و روش توصیفی، از نوع تصمیم‌گیری چند شاخصه، داده‌ها کمی و زمان تحقیق مقطعی است. جامعه خبرگان شامل ده نفر از مدیران و مهندسین با حداقل کارشناسی ارشد و بیش از ده سال سابقه مرتبط با پروژه‌های عمرانی است. اطلاعات از طریق پرسشنامه محقق‌ساخته جمع‌آوری شد و روابط درونی عوامل ایجاد تغییر با استفاده از تکنیک دیمتل بررسی گردید. نتایج نشان داد که مسائل مالی و اقتصادی در هر دو سوی کارفرما و پیمانکار بیشترین سهم را در ایجاد تغییرات دارند و کیفیت برنامه‌ریزی و طراحی نیز به‌عنوان محرک مهم بر تغییرات تأثیرگذار است. این یافته‌ها بر ضرورت تمرکز بر مدیریت مالی، بهبود فرآیندهای طراحی و توسعه راهبردهای مدیریت ریسک جهت اجرای مؤثر مدیریت تغییر تأکید می‌کنند. /downloadfilepdf/675765
