The research method is descriptive-survey in terms of purpose, applied in terms of results, quantitative in terms of research process, and cross-sectional in terms of time. The statistical population of this study includes the staff of the Quds County Trades Department, totaling 63 individuals. The sample members were selected using the census sampling method, and they responded to the questionnaire. The validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by experts and specialists, and its reliability was verified using Cronbach's alpha method. The research hypotheses were tested using the partial least squares method and the Smart PLS software. The results of the analysis showed that information quality has a positive and significant impact on business management. Additionally, both information quality and information technology have a positive and significant impact on business management. این پژوهش با هدف تأثیر کیفیت اطلاعات و فناوری اطلاعات بر مدیریت کسب‌وکار (مورد مطالعه: اصناف شهرستان قدس) انجام شده است. لذا، روش تحقیق این پژوهش از نظر هدف، توصیفی-پیمایشی؛ از نظر نتایج، کاربردی؛ از نظر فرآیند اجرای پژوهش، کمی و از نظر زمانی، مقطعی است. جامعه آماری تحقیق حاضر شامل کارکنان اداره اصناف شهرستان قدس بوده که تعداد آن‌ها 63 نفر است. اعضای نمونه با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری تمام‌‌شمار انتخاب شده و به پرسش‌نامه پاسخ دادند. روایی پرسشنامه با نظرات متخصصین و خبرگان و پایایی آن به روش آلفای کرونباخ تأیید شد. فرضیه‌های پژوهش توسط روش حداقل مربعات جزئی و با استفاده از نرم‌افزار Smart PLS مورد آزمون قرار گرفت. نتایج حاصل از تجزیه‌وتحلیل‌ها نشان داد که کیفیت اطلاعات، تأثیر مثبت و معناداری بر مدیریت کسب‌وکار دارد. همچنین، کیفیت اطلاعات و فناوری اطلاعات، تأثیر مثبت و معناداری بر مدیریت کسب‌وکار دارد. /downloadfilepdf/446445
