In this study, the effect of establishing a management information system on the performance of the organization based on the mediating role of knowledge management was investigated. This research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-correlational in terms of data collection. The statistical population of the study is the managers and staff of Farabi Hospital in Bastak city in Hormozgan province during the year 1400. Of these, 118 people were selected based on Cochran's formula by stratified random sampling. The data collection tool is a questionnaire. The validity of the questionnaire was confirmed in terms of convergence and content and the reliability of the questionnaire was confirmed using Cronbach's alpha coefficient. To analyze the data, SPSS 25 software was used in the inferential section and LISREL8.8 software was used to fit the path. The results showed that the management information system has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the organization, this relationship was confirmed by the path coefficient (0.29) and significance coefficient (4.52). Knowledge management as a mediating variable has also created a positive and significant effect between management information system and organizational performance. Research findings show that the application of management information system leads to increasing knowledge and awareness of employees and also enriches the content of jobs. Therefore, employees' knowledge leads to their professional mastery of the organization and, accordingly, organizational performance increases. هدف: با توجه به تغییرات گسترده و رشد فزاینده فناوری اطلاعات، استقرار سیستم اطلاعات مدیریتی جهت کسب مزیت رقابتی و توسعه عملکرد سازمان، یک امر ضروری است. در این مطالعه، تأثیر استقرار سیستم اطلاعات مدیریتی بر عملکرد سازمان بر اساس نقش میانجی مدیریت دانش، مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. روش‌ها: این پژوهش از منظر هدف، کاربردی و از نظر نحوه گردآوری داده‌ها، توصیفی-همبستگی است. جامعه آماری تحقیق، مدیران و کارکنان بیمارستان فارابی شهرستان بستک در استان هرمزگان طی سال 1400 است. بر این اساس، 118 نفر بر اساس فرمول کوکران به روش تصادفی طبقه‌‌ای انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری داده‌‌ها، پرسشنامه است. روایی پرسشنامه به‌صورت همگرایی و محتوایی و پایایی پرسشنامه با استفاده از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ تأیید شد. جهت تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌‌ها از نرم‌افزار SPSS 25 در بخش استنباطی و از نرم‌افزار LISREL8.8 برای برازش مسیر استفاده شد. نتایج: نتایج نشان داد که سیستم اطلاعات مدیریت، تأثیر مثبت و معناداری با عملکرد سازمان دارد. این رابطه با ضریب مسیر 29/0 و ضریب معناداری 52/4، مورد تأیید قرار گرفت. همچنین، مدیریت دانش به‌‌عنوان متغیر میانجی، تأثیر مثبت و معناداری را بین سیستم اطلاعات مدیریت و عملکرد سازمان ایجاد کرده است. نتیجه‌گیری: یافته‌های پژوهش نشان می‌دهد، به‌کارگیری سیستم اطلاعات مدیریت منجر به افزایش دانش و آگاهی‌های کارکنان و نیز غنی‌تر شدن محتوای مشاغل می‌شود. لذا دانش کارکنان موجب تسلط حرفه‌ای آن‌ها بر سازمان شده و بر این اساس عملکرد سازمانی افزایش پیدا می‌کند. /downloadfilepdf/27787
