The statistical population of the study consists of administrative staff in the education sector of Bojnourd (approximately 700 individuals). Among them, 267 were selected for the study using simple random sampling. The research is applied in terms of purpose, and employs a descriptive research method for data collection. The data collection tool was a questionnaire, and both content and face validity were assessed through expert judgment, while reliability was examined using Cronbach's alpha. Data analysis was conducted using structural equation modeling with PLS software. The findings of the research indicate that ICT capabilities have a positive and significant effect on competitive advantages with the mediating role of organizational intelligence in the education sector of Bojnourd. It is recommended that the necessary financial resources be allocated for the appropriate implementation of ICTs relevant to the goals and activities of education in Bojnourd. Furthermore, the attitudes of authorities towards the role and position of ICTs in knowledge management processes need to be revised. Additionally, task forces should be formed to examine the strengths and weaknesses of ICTs in education in Bojnourd in each dimension of the knowledge management process. Moreover, ICTs in education in Bojnourd should be deployed and updated in line with current global technologies. هدف از انجام این پژوهش، «بررسی تأثیر نقش میانجی هوش سازمانی بر ارتباط بین توانمندی‌های فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات با مزایای رقابتی؛ مورد مطالعه: آموزش‌وپرورش بجنورد» است. جامعه آماری تحقیق حاضر را کارکنان اداری آموزش‌وپرورش بجنورد (حدود 700 نفر) تشکیل می‌دهند. در این راستا، تعداد 267 نفر از آن‌ها به روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی ساده مورد مطالعه قرار گرفت. پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف، کاربردی و از نظر شیوه گردآوری اطلاعات، تحقیقی توصیفی است. ابزار جمع‌آوری داده‌ها، پرسشنامه بوده و روایی محتوایی و صوری از طریق خبرگان و پایایی از طریق آلفای کرونباخ مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌های پژوهش به‌‌وسیله مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری با استفاده از نرم‌افزار پی‌‌ال‌‌اس انجام شد. یافته‌های پژوهش نشان داد که توانمندی‌های فناوری اطلاعات بر مزایای رقابتی با نقش میانجی هوش سازمانی در آموزش‌وپرورش بجنورد، تأثیر مثبت و معنا‌داری دارد. پیشنهاد می‌گردد منابع مالی لازم جهت به‌کارگیری فناوری‌های اطلاعات و ارتباطات مناسب و مرتبط با اهداف و فعالیت‌های آموزش‌وپرورش بجنورد تأمین گردد. همچنین، نگرش و دیدگاه مسئولان نسبت به نقش و جایگاه فناوری‌های اطلاعات و ارتباطات در فرآیند مدیریت دانش تغییر یابد. در ضمن، کارگروه‌هایی به‌منظور بررسی نقاط قوت و ضعف فناوری‌های اطلاعات و ارتباطات آموزش‌وپرورش بجنورد در هر یک از ابعاد فرآیند مدیریت دانش تشکیل شود. علاوه بر آن، فناوری‌های اطلاعات و ارتباطات آموزش‌وپرورش بجنورد متناسب با فناوری‌های روز دنیا به‌کارگیری و به‌روزرسانی گردد. /downloadfilepdf/195082
