The purpose of this research was to determine the relationship between Jehadi management and psychological empowerment through spirituality at work in teachers of the first secondary level of Mamsani city. This research was applied and descriptive and correlational. The statistical population of this research was all 301 teachers of the first secondary level of Momsani city, of which 170 people cooperated with the researcher as samples and by cluster random sampling method. Data collection tools were standard psychological empowerment questionnaires of Jehadi management and spirituality in the work. Descriptive statistics methods were used to describe the data, and Pearson's correlation coefficient, regression, and structural equations with PLS were used to analyze the data. The results showed that there was a positive and meaningful relationship between Jehadi management and spirituality at work with psychological empowerment, and there was a positive and meaningful relationship between Jehadi management and spirituality at work. Also, the results of the research showed that the relationship between Jehadi management and psychological empowerment through spirituality at work was positive and significant . Therefore, it is appropriate to use Jehadi management and spirituality at work for the purpose of psychological empowerment in the target society. امروزه، توانمندسازی روان‌شناختی در محیط‌های آموزشی به‌عنوان یک مسئله مهم و اساسی مطرح شده که متأسفانه در برخی از محیط‌های آموزشی مورد غفلت قرار گرفته است؛ بنابراین، هدف از این تحقیق، تعیین ارتباط بین مدیریت جهادی با توانمندسازی روان‌شناختی از طریق معنویت در کار در معلمان مقطع متوسطه اول شهرستان ممسنی است. این تحقیق، کاربردی و از نوع توصیفی و همبستگی است. جامعه آماری این تحقیق، تمامی معلمان مقطع متوسطه اول شهرستان ممسنی به تعداد 301 نفر بوده که از این تعداد، 170 نفر به‌عنوان نمونه و به روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی خوشه‌ای با محقق همکاری کردند. ابزار جمع‌آوری داده‌ها، پرسشنامه‌های استاندارد توانمندسازی روان‌شناختی، مدیریت جهادی و معنویت در کار بود. برای توصیف داده‌ها از روش‌های آمار توصیفی و برای تجزیه‌‌وتحلیل استنباطی داده‌ها از روش‌های آماری ضریب همبستگی پیرسون، رگرسیون و معادلات ساختاری با استفاده از نرم‌افزار پیرلس استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که رابطه‌ مثبت و معناداری بین مدیریت جهادی و معنویت در کار با توانمندسازی روان‌شناختی وجود دارد و رابطه‌ مثبت و معناداری نیز بین مدیریت جهادی با معنویت در کار وجود دارد. همچنین، نتایج حاصل از تحقیق نشان داد که ارتباط بین مدیریت جهادی با توانمندسازی روان‌شناختی از طریق معنویت در کار، مثبت و معنادار است؛ بنابراین، شایسته است به‌منظور توانمندسازی روان‌شناختی در جامعه هدف، استفاده مطلوب‌تری از مدیریت جهادی و معنویت در کار صورت گیرد. /downloadfilepdf/159636
